Digitalisation, AI and sustainability inside your business processes.

AI working alongside your people, across the whole job.

DIGITALISATION

Processes that live on scattered spreadsheets and in people's heads, put back in order.

AI

Alongside your people, in the way you work and on your own data.

SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability reporting and ESG data ready before the bank, the customer or the funding call asks for them.

Where it applies

In the processes you run every week

Innovation works on the processes you already have and on the decisions you make every week.

Marketing

A team that expresses itself better and more consistently, with AI as a partner for ideas and content.

Communication

Agencies and suppliers chosen by criteria, with a record of why.

Sales & CRM

Leads followed up within hours and market signals read in time, on a CRM the team actually uses.

Customer service

Repetitive requests handled by an assistant trained on your own answers.

Operations

Funding calls, quotes, paperwork: the repetitive steps taken out of the way.

Working internationally

One judgement, from three positions

Whether an innovation project will stand up: I judge it before it is funded, while it is being built, and inside the company that runs it.

Before the funding

Evaluator

Listed on the European Commission's register of experts since 2024, tender evaluator: the side of the table where fifty proposals come in and five go through.

While it is being built

EIT mentor

Since 2020, in the accelerators of EIT, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology: Climate-KIC, Food, Manufacturing. The stage where a team can still change course.

Inside the company

Innovation consultant

Digitalisation, AI and sustainability in business processes, with KPIs fixed before anything is touched. I build it with the team that will run it.

How it works in practice. In English or Italian. Usually remotely, on-site when a particular stage requires it. I offer my experience and knowledge of the Italian market and the organisations that make it up.

The lens

Business first, technology second

New tools come out every week, and using them gets easier all the time. What has stayed hard is the choice: where to put AI to work, on which process or decision, and with what return.

That choice is the trade I learnt in twenty-five years inside companies, and then for companies. Every project starts from the numbers. The technology comes after, and it is often smaller than expected.

How I work

One process at a time, in four phases

A tight scope, and every phase leaves something the team can use.

01

INITIAL ANALYSIS

Map the processes, pick the one with the fastest return, fix the KPIs.

02

BUILD

The process is redesigned with the people who will use it, in their tools and at their pace.

03

FIELD TEST

A trial in real conditions. Corrections, then fine-tuning.

04

MEASURE AND HAND OVER

KPIs before and after. The team carries on by itself; the dashboard stays.

A scoped project, or at your side. Work with a start and an end, or an ongoing presence in the company as fractional manager.

How it went for those who have done it

Antonio is a serious, highly competent professional. Tireless and proactive. He never settles for the bare minimum: he keeps bringing new ideas and pins down the company's problems with clarity, which is what a small, growing business like ours needs.
Roberto CaminitiSole Director, Stratevo

We worked well but without a plan, with the feeling that we were leaving potential on the table. Today we have a better internal organisation, clearer goals and renewed communication on every channel.

FAQ

The questions I get asked before we start

Do you work with companies outside Italy?

Yes, with or without a presence in Italy. Remote work and English make the distance a detail; what changes is the reason a company calls me. Some have a branch or a supplier here and want someone on the ground who knows how Italian companies, banks and public bodies actually respond. Others have nothing in Italy and want the method: a process put in order, with KPIs fixed before anything is touched. Through the EIT programmes I mentor startups across Europe, from Romania to Turkey and Ukraine, and I have worked with teams in Latin America.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Italian, for meetings, documents and dashboards alike. Everything can run in English. When a project involves people in Italy, it usually runs in English with management and in Italian with the team on the floor, and moving between the two is part of the job.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Remote by default, on site when a phase needs it. The initial analysis and the sessions with the team gain from a day or two in the company; the build and the measurement run well over video calls. I am based in Turin, on Central European Time.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, which we fix before starting. Work on a single process closes in a few weeks; a project across several processes takes a few months. For an ongoing presence as fractional manager we agree a number of days per month and a date to review it.

How does the first call work?

Thirty minutes on video, free. You tell me where the time goes, I tell you whether I can be useful and where I would start. No sales pitch. If it makes sense to work together, you receive a written proposal: the process to start from, the phases, the KPIs and the timing. If it makes no sense, I say so on the call, and where I can I point you to someone who fits.

The other questions are on the FAQ page.

Let's talk about your company

What would you like to work on?

The first call is free and has one purpose: to work out whether I can be useful to you. No sales pitch.

No forms, no chatbot. On the other side there is me.
