The site collects no data through forms

There is no contact form on this site: no personal data is requested or collected through its pages. Contact happens on direct channels, and at that point the data is handled as follows.

• Email. Writing to antonio@antoniodibacco.it, the sender's address and the content of the message are processed in order to reply and to assess a possible collaboration. The mailbox is hosted on the servers of the hosting provider, in Italy.
• LinkedIn. The message stays on the LinkedIn platform and follows LinkedIn's privacy policy. The controller processes only the content of the conversation.
• Booking a call. The "Book a call" button leads to YouCanBookMe, an external service (YouCanBook.me Ltd, United Kingdom). The data entered to book (name, email, any notes) is collected on that platform according to its privacy policy, and reaches the controller as the details of the appointment.

Legal basis and retention

The processing of contact data is based on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request and on the legitimate interest in replying to those who write (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a collaboration follows, for the duration of the contractual and tax obligations required by law.

Browsing statistics (Google Analytics 4)

The site uses Google Analytics 4 only if the user has accepted it from the banner. Until there is explicit consent, no statistics script is loaded and no measurement cookie is written.

• Purpose. To understand which pages are read and where the traffic comes from, in order to decide what to write. No advertising and no individual profiling.
• Legal basis. The data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
• Data processed. Pages viewed, traffic source, device type, approximate location. The IP address is anonymised.
• Retention. 14 months, after which the detailed data is deleted by Google.
• Recipient. Google Ireland Limited, acting as data processor. The details of the cookies are in the Cookie policy.

The controller also consults the server statistics (AWStats), which are based on the hosting provider's technical logs and require neither cookies nor consent.

Rights of the data subject

At any time you can ask for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to the controller. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
